Active Schools

Everything you need to make your trip a success!

Ski Trips

If your school is organising a ski trip this year, why not contact us to discuss a ski hire package to suit your schools needs? We supply a great range of ski equipment and clothing from quality brands such as Salomon, Rossignol, Volkl, White Rock and North Face to name a few!

We offer technical advice and support for future school trips, and can put together packages of equipment and clothing to ensure students have the correct gear for the trip.

Our team of technical advisors are also available to visit your school and talk about essential equipment your students will need to take with them on their ski trip to ensure a fun and safe holiday!

Camping

We have a large range of camping equipment from waterproof maps to eight person tents!

We can supply your school with all the outdoor essentials you will need to make your camping trip a success; we stock waterproof trousers and jackets, walking boots and shoes, camping stoves, camp kitchens, rucksacks and all the necessary basics such as sleeping mats and torches.

School Climbing Clubs

We stock climbing helmets, harnesses, chalk bags, climbing shoes and everything else your school could possibly need if you are planning a climbing event!

Overseas Trips

If you are planning to take students further afield and need advice on anything from insect repellents to survival equipment, contact us and we will do all we can to help.

Partnerships

We would like to offer schools in Banbury Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and the surrounding areas, the opportunity of a partnership with Active Outdoor & Ski.

Benefits include your own school account, discounts on selected products, event sponsorship, support and advice.

If you would like to discuss how we may be able to help, please contact us on 01295 273700.

Our current partners include:

  • Kineton High School
  • Banbury School
  • Warriner School

We are supporting the Warriner Schools expedition to Kigezi High School Uganda.

  • A focus on education; passing on our experiences of Uganda, in person and online.
  • A positive contribution to Kigezi High School, Uganda; both in the education through the visit and completion of a rain water harvesting project.
  • Google maps and google earth resources; our expedition will be documented and these personal accounts will be available for others to learn from.
  • A greater appreciation of other cultures at The Warriner School; as students experience Uganda and communicate their new understanding.
