Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the aosbanbury.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Your Shopping Account
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. Our Contract (Order)
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Active, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Active will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched.
Pricing
All products offered for sale by Active are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Availability
We try to hold stocks of all styles for Active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Payment
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
Payment is accepted by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - we accept all major debit and credit cards.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused enclosing your (Returns Form) you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your returns form and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
Returns should be well packed and labelled clearly, you must complete and enclose your returns form.
Proof of postage is recommended in the event of loss or damage as we do not compensate for parcels lost in transit

What if an Item is Faulty?
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty then we will be happy to refund or replace it for you.
If a product you purchased from us is faulty please contact our customer services team on +44 (0) 1295 273700 between 10:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please have your order number ready together with details of the fault and we will then advise you how to proceed. We may either request the goods be returned to us for inspection, or in some cases we may request an image of the fault be sent. If we ask you to return the goods to us please download the return form as this will need to be enclosed when you return your faulty product to us.
Customs
Goods ordered from Active for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
